Job Responsibilities:

2、 Comprehensively coordinate the relevant work of the training department, formulate the required rules and regulations, standardize the technical process according to the company's regulations, and put forward reasonable suggestions to the company leaders on the training ideas, strategies and plans.
3、 According to the actual project needs and work needs, from a professional technical perspective, make training outlines, develop training courseware, and arrange class hours to meet the technical needs of each level of learning.
4、 Collect and research the most cutting-edge scientific and technological means, materials and materials, regularly improve the training courseware, and use diversified forms to enrich the training courses.
5、 Implement training and supervise and manage, including product training, basic knowledge training, etc. for new employees, follow-up in-depth training for on-the-job employees, targeted training for registered projects, etc., to ensure the rationality of curriculum arrangements.
6、 Make training records and follow up the effect feedback after training, organize training assessments on a regular basis, evaluate the performance of students at different levels, archive the evaluation records, and submit evaluation reports in text form and make comments.
7、 Establish lecturer database, textbook database, enrich training echelon, personnel training archives, and archive the relevant information, materials, data and documents of the training department by category.

Give timely feedback to the students' questions, including the answer and handling of various difficult problems during the project review process, the pre-sales technical support of the project, and the related is
sues involved in the project implementation process.
9、 Complete other teaching needs and other related work arranged by the general manager's office.
Qualifications:
1、 Bachelor degree or above, major in management, automation, electronics and other related fields;
2、 More than three years of automation related technical experience, at least one year of peer training and management experience; those with machine vision industry technical training and management experience are preferred;
3、 Familiar with C#, VB.NET, database and Cognex products, skilled in using VPRO software;
4、 Have good foreign language communication skills, meet the daily needs of work, and be able to read and understand relevant technical training materials;
5、 Proficient in using modern training tools to make training lesson plans, and proficient in using relevant office software and technical software;
6、 Have strong language expression ability, communication and coordination ability, and the ability to independently develop training and thinking.
