Solid oral drugs are usually sold in the form of tablets, commonly known as tablets. The tablets are produced in the tablet press, and may be sugar coated after coming out of the tablet press. Tablets are the most common solid oral drugs. Before putting them into bottles, blister packages, or other packages, they need to be tested for visual defects to confirm that all features meet the specifications, such as size, surface texture, shape, color, no surface defects, and molded or printed labels. If any of these items is wrong, or if there is foreign matter that may contaminate the container, the damaged tablets or contaminants must be removed. Letting foreign objects, damaged tablets or even wrong tablets into the container will lead to recall and loss of sales and reputation.
