Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide accurate industry positioning for the company, and put forward reasonable suggestions according to changes in market demand;
2. Formulate strategic planning and implement annual marketing plan and new product development plan for the company;
3. Do a good job in all pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale research projects, form research reports, and provide a basis for the marketing department to design strategic plans;
4. Organize relevant personnel to receive training on the latest product knowledge and market knowledge;
5. Formulate the company's brand management, development strategy, event planning, maintain the company's brand image and daily promotion work (including various exhibitions, promotion meetings, technical exchange meetings, websites, video accounts, WeChat, small programs, etc.);
6. Complete other related work arranged by the general manager's office.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing, business management and other related majors;
2. Have more than three years of work experience in relevant departments, good at marketing strategy planning, strong market perception ability;
3. Successful cases of market planning, promotion and implementation are required;
3. Possess excellent professional quality and good team leadership, coordination and organization skills and communication skills;
4. Able to adapt to periodic business trips.
