1. Responsible for the introduction of department personnel and the performance evaluation and management of personnel in this department, standardize the internal management of the department, improve the overall technical level of employees, grasp the direction of technological development, and make the technological development direction in line with mainstream technology.
2. Develop the company's software system usage specifications and processes, write and maintain a general program framework, organize all the company's technical learning and seminars according to the program standard process and framework, implement the framework to all available projects, technical guidance and technical difficulties breakthroughs.
3. Formulate the internal research and development plan of the department, organize the examination and approval of various technical standards of the department, compile and improve the software development process, and organize department personnel to conduct research and discussion.
4. Check the daily and weekly reports of the department staff to understand the work situation and work status of each developer.
5. Project summary, analyze and organize project-related information and materials, and form documents for timely reporting and submission, and explain in detail the tracking, feedback and handling of difficult problems that arise during the project process.
Qualifications:
1. Recruit undergraduate degree or above, computer and other related majors;
2. More than three years of automation related technical experience, at least one year of peer management experience; technical management experience in the machine vision industry is preferred;
3. Proficiency in C++, C#, VB.NET, database, familiar with at least one of the following visual development systems: VisionPro, Halcon, Labview or OpenCV, etc.;
4. Have good foreign language communication skills, meet the daily needs of work, and understand relevant technical materials;
5. Have strong communication and coordination, independent thinking and problem-solving skills, and business negotiation skills;
6. Possess organizational skills, innovation skills, good team management skills, and the courage to take responsibility; a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and the ability to use resources to help members meet project requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
